Background

The firm is made up of individuals that worked together previously.  The President of the firm is Walter T. Winn, Jr., P.E.  Mr. Winn has over 35 years experience in consulting engineering, working for two other firms prior to founding WPEC.  The administrative assistant, Patty Wooten, has worked with Mr. Winn for 22 years.  The drafter, Windell McGlaun, has worked with Mr. Winn for 15 years.  The professional engineer, Gina Bolton, P.E., has worked with Mr. Winn for two summers prior to graduation from college and for 6 years after graduation. The client list for the firm includes municipalities, water districts, water supply corporations, and corporations.
